Streaming Error Codes Explained

Seeing an error code when streaming? Here is what each common error means and how to fix it.

Streaming Error Codes Explained

Connection timeout errors

Usually means your internet is too slow or the server is unreachable. Check internet speed. Try a VPN. Try again later. Contact support if persistent.

Authentication errors

Wrong username, password, or server URL. Copy and paste credentials. Make sure you are using the correct login type (Xtream Codes vs M3U). Contact support if credentials are correct but login fails.

Playlist load errors

The server may be temporarily down or your playlist is too large. Try again in a few minutes. Try a different player app. Contact support if the error persists.

Playback errors

Video codec not supported, or channel is down. Try a different channel. Try a different player app. Update your app. If one channel consistently fails, it may be a server-side issue.

EPG not loading

Electronic Program Guide (EPG) may not load if the server is slow. This does not affect video playback — you can still watch channels without the EPG. Try refreshing the EPG in app settings.

No content available

Your subscription may have expired, or the server is down. Check your subscription status. Contact support. Try the web player to see if the issue is app-specific.
