Fix Streaming Login Problems

Login issues are the second most common streaming problem. Here is how to fix them.

Fix Streaming Login Problems

Check each field carefully

Username, password, and server URL must match your credentials email exactly. No extra spaces. Copy and paste from your email when possible.

Xtream Codes vs M3U login

Most providers use Xtream Codes API login. Make sure you chose the right login type in your app. If your credentials include a server URL, use Xtream Codes. If you only have an M3U URL, use M3U.

Web player vs app login

The web player usually needs only username and password — no server URL. Apps typically need username, password, and server URL. If one method fails, try the other.

Account expired or suspended

If login was working before and suddenly stops, your subscription may have expired. Check your email for renewal notices or contact support.

Wrong server URL

The server URL in your credentials email is specific. Do not add https:// or remove it if it is already there. Do not add a trailing slash unless it is in your credentials.

Still cannot log in

Contact Telegram support with your device type, app name, and the error message. Do not post your password publicly. Send credentials privately.
