Clear cache: Settings > Applications > IPTV Smarters > Clear Cache. Update to the latest version. Free up storage. If crashing persists, try TiviMate as an alternative.

Make sure you chose Xtream Codes API login, not M3U. Copy and paste username, password, and server URL exactly. Check for trailing spaces.
