TiviMate buffering

Check internet speed. Use Ethernet. Clear TiviMate cache. Lower stream quality in TiviMate settings. Try a different playlist format.

TiviMate crashing

Update TiviMate from Play Store. Clear cache. Free up storage. If crashing persists, try IPTV Smarters as an alternative.

TiviMate playlist not loading

Verify your M3U or Xtream Codes URL is correct. Try refreshing the playlist. Check internet connection. Contact support if the URL is valid but will not load.

TiviMate EPG not loading

EPG can take time to load on first use. Wait 10-15 minutes. If EPG never loads, check your playlist URL. EPG issues do not affect video playback.

TiviMate vs IPTV Smarters

TiviMate is more stable on Android TV. IPTV Smarters has more features. If one has issues, try the other. Both work with Xtream Codes credentials.
